Skin Brightening Smoothie Recipe
Sip your way to more beautiful skin! I wanted to share one of my favorite smoothie recipes:
Almond Beauty Blaster
Blend the meat of one young coconut or a sliced small frozen banana, 3/4 kale (stems removed) or spinach, 3/4 almond milk, 1 tablespoon almond butter and 1/8 of a tablespoon each of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ground ginger.
Almonds – are the perfect beauty food, filled with vitamin E, iron, calcium, riboflavin, fiber, magnesium and the majority of the fat in almonds is monounsaturated fat which is good for your heart!
Kale is a great source of beta-carotene a major antioxidant plus vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin C , manganese and potassium.
