Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe
1 large ripe avocado
3 tablespoons raw cacoa powder (you can use cacao powder)
4 soaked medjool dates or about 1/4 cup of maple syrup (sweeten to your taste)
1/4 cup water
2 Tablespoons coconut butter or oil (optional)
2 Tablespoons acai berry Powder (optional)
Throw all these ingredients in a blender or food processor, voila! That is it. You will get a rich, creamy beautiful pudding that is filled with healthy, nourishing ingredients to keep you glowing, inside out!
