5 Reason You Should Eat Rawtella

Find Rawtella

I have an insatiable sweet tooth and I know I’m not the only one with this problem. I could literally live on sweets, hence being a fruitarian for two years. I’m always on the lookout for treats that still taste like treats but have some beauty-building power in them I can justify. And then I fell in love with Rawtella. Rawtella is the raw vegan version of Nutella but using organic unprocessed ingredients, like hazelnuts, coconut sugar, and Criollo cacao bean nibs.

So Here are my 5 Reasons to Eat Rawtella:

#1  Amazing Flavours – I love every flavour it comes in: original, silk, mint, crunch, and coffee. My absolute favourite is silk. This tasty, delectable treat can really do the job when you have a craving for sweets. Try it right out of the jar or spread it on strawberries…Get creative!

#2  Mmmm, Hazelnuts – I love me some hazelnuts. Do you know that hazelnuts contain iron? Just 1 ounce equals over 7 % of your daily intake and 2.7 milligrams of fiber! They are also a source of magnesium, calcium, and a very important antioxidant for beauty-boosting vitamin E. Plus, hazelnuts are low in saturated fats and high in protein.

#3  Did I mentioned how good it tastes?

#4  Coconut Sugar – By now, everyone has heard how bad sugar is for the body, especially fructose, agave, white sugar, corn syrup, brown rice syrup, etc. Coconut sugar is a natural sugar that comes from the flowers of coconut trees. This sugar is actually low glycemic and does not require any chemicals in the processing stage. When it comes to picking a sugar, this is the way to go! Coconut sugar has a good array of B vitamins (1, 2, 3, & 6) and minerals like zinc, iron, magnesium, and potassium.

#5  Rawtella has Raw Cacao Nibs! These nibs are a great source of—no make that one of best sources of—magnesium! These nibs are filled with antioxidants like skin-boosting resveratrol and dopamine, seratonin, and anandamide, which all make you feel blissed out.

I believe this is the part where I mention that scrumptious flavour again. Seriously, this sweet treat is worth its weight in gold. Give Rawtella a try and I know you’ll agree with me.  The biggest drawback to Rawtella is I can actually eat close to a whole jar, moderation…
