  1. This sounds fabulous! Can one take it while also taking Birth control? I read on Whole World Botanicals that you shouldn’t take Maca while on estrogen…any advice on this matter?

    1. Hi HRH,
      Yes, you should be fine taking this with birth control but the studies on Maca & birth control are few and far inbetween I’m afraid. Most people tend to have experienced better hormonal balance taking Maca and birth control where others could get nauseous or have hormonal fluctuations but that is not the norm but it can happen. It shouldn’t effect the effectiveness of birth control it’s just the hormonal issue.
      Sorry I couldn’t give you a more precise answer.
